We offer a 14-day return window, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition

  • Unworn or unused

  • In its original packaging

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@centralpaintstrade.co.uk. If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions, including the return address.

Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise arranged by our support team.

Once we receive your return, we aim to process your refund within 3 business days. Central Paints Trade reserves the right to decline a refund if the item is returned in a damaged condition or not in its original, unopened packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom mixed paints

  • Central Paints paint aerosols

  • Tinned paint

  • Touch-up bottles and pens

These items are made specifically for your order and cannot be returned.


Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item (following the steps above), and place a new order once your return is accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: It may take a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
