Free standard delivery to the UK is offered on all orders without any minimum spend. For orders over £100, express Next Day delivery is available at no cost. If your order is under £100, you can still opt for express Next Day delivery at a low price of £4.99. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or bank holidays. Our goal is to dispatch orders placed before 3PM the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays), but any orders placed after 3PM will be dispatched on the next working day. Easily collect your order from our convenient Leicester and Kettering Branches. For same-day pickup, simply call the branch you wish to collect from before 3PM. Even if an item appears to be out of stock, it may still be available in-store - just give us a call to double check. With our Click & Collect service, you can pick up your order just 2 hours after placing it, Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM. Our stores are also open on Saturdays from 9:00AM to 2:30PM, but please note that Click & Collect orders may not be ready for pickup on weekends.

We offer free standard delivery across the UK Mainland with no minimum spend required. Orders over £100 qualify for a free upgrade to Next Day delivery. For orders under £100, UK Mainland Next Day delivery is available at £4.99.
Please note: Next Day delivery is not available to Ireland, Northern Ireland, or the Scottish Highlands & Islands.
Delivery times exclude weekends and bank holidays.
Orders placed before 2PM (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2PM will be sent the next working day. While we aim to deliver quickly, Next Day delivery is not guaranteed.
