Free in-store pickup available at Leicester and Kettering Branches. Same-day collection for phone orders placed before 3PM, contact preferred Branch to place order. Out of stock items may still be available in-store, call to check. Click & Collect orders can be picked up Mon-Fri 8:30AM-5:00PM, 2 hours after ordering. Sat 9:00AM-2:30PM pickup available, please note Click & Collect orders may not be immediately ready for pickup.Â

We offer free standard delivery across the UK Mainland with no minimum spend required. Orders over £100 qualify for a free upgrade to Next Day delivery. For orders under £100, UK Mainland Next Day delivery is available at £4.99.
Please note: Next Day delivery is not available to Ireland, Northern Ireland, or the Scottish Highlands & Islands.

Orders placed before 2PM (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2PM will be sent the next working day. While we aim to deliver quickly, Next Day delivery is not guaranteed.
