Gerko Black Seam Sealer MS Polymer 290ML is a premium, high-quality sealant and adhesive that utilizes MSP/Hybrid technology. Upon application, this sealant transforms into a long-lasting rubber seal that is resistant to moisture, UV radiation, weather, and mold. Its universal bonding, sealing, and assembling capabilities make it perfect for both indoor and outdoor use in construction and industrial settings. It is paintable with water-based paints, but caution should be taken with alkyd resin paints as they may inhibit curing (testing in advance is recommended). This exceptional sealant is also free of isocyanates, phthalates, solvents, and silicone, resulting in no shrinkage. Its fast curing time allows for wet-in-wet application, and it adheres seamlessly to various substrates, including damp surfaces.
